About the blog– So much has changed in the last 10 years that it feels almost like 100 years of evolution. About myself– I currently head the media consulting practice in North America for HCL Technologies. My previous employers include Infosys Technologies Ltd.. The TATA group and Dow Chemicals. I am an alumni of Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad). I live in Orange County California with my wife and daughter.

My Passion & Interest– I am interested in finding the core solution for any problem.My philosophy for people management is to share and inspire and not to control and command. I value learnability as one of the key attributes in human being. I like people who value quality and passionate about what they do. I enjoy traveling and photography.
